Policy on replacing students during the school year
In order to ensure that all students who enter TCMS through the lottery system receive the appropriate time necessary for a successful transition into the school’s academic and learning environment structures, a student will be admitted only at the beginning of each semester, exclusive of the 4th quarter and no later than the Friday immediately prior to the week of the third state survey period for FTE (funding purposes) which occurs in February. There shall be no exceptions to this rule.
