The greatest challenge we face as a school community is acquiring the funds necessary to match our ambitions for Terrace Community Middle School.
The school was created to encourage the dreams of our students and we want offer them every available tool to fulfill these goals: first-class teachers, state of the art technology, enriching field trips and a host of the most recent education resources...and just as our students have goals, it is our goal as educators that a lack of funding will never become an obstacle to realizing our mission.

Team Tornado - As Terrace Community Middle School begins its 13th (2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR) year of educating middle-school students in Hillsborough County, we ask you to participate in our fall fundraiser, TEAM TORNADO. The School Store is another fundraiser that, again, helps our students. The School Store is a PRA project. Parent volunteers man the store during lunch periods. The profits from the School Store are then spent directly on the students (i.e., special lunches during ice-cream socials, field trip scholarships, etc.) and to replenish supplies for the store.
Box Tops for Education - Send your Box Tops in an envelope or baggie with your child's name and homeroom. Prizes will be awarded each month for the homeroom with the most submissions. A similar program is also underway with Campbell's labels. Each homeroom rep will be collecting them and placing them in the collection containers in the lunchroom. Check your pantry and start clipping! Box Tops now appear on over double the products from last year. For holiday shopping, be sure to do your online shopping through the boxtops4education.com site. There are over 100 participating stores where up to 10% of your purchase will go to our school.
Campbell's Soup Labels for Education - The Campbell's Company and their affiliates continue to sponsor their Labels for Education Program. Visit their website by clicking on the link above to see which products participate in the program! This is FREE money for our school!
