Registration

Please note:  this is applicable only to those students who have never been enrolled in a Hillsborough County school.(i.e., attended a school out of county or state, private school or home-schooled).

In order for your student to attend a Hillsborough County Public School, you are required to provide the following documentation:

• Copy of child's birth certificate
• Copy of child's social security card
• Immunization records and physical
• Test scores (most recent)
• Copy of last report card
• Registration Form/Home Language Survey (this will be completed during your registration appointment at the school).

PLEASE DO NOT SEND THESE DOCUMENTS VIA FAX OR MAIL...THEY MUST BE PRESENTED IN PERSON AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. IF YOU SEND THEM IN PRIOR TO THE REGISTRATION DATE AND TIME YOU SELECTED,  THE DOCUMENTS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
