Paperwork Required for Admission to TCMS

IMPORTANT DATES FOR 2009-2010 PAPERWORK

 

Last year, we implemented a three stage process for paperwork for several reasons, the first and most important being the ability to process paperwork for a much larger student population than in years past.

 

For the 2009-2010 school year, all documents (with the exception of the SERVE application) will be submitted electronically.  Links to the documents will be e-mailed to you on the dates listed below.  Please be sure to check your e-mail on those dates to ensure completion in a timely manner.

 

As instituted last year, the final set of documents will be required to be submitted by the due date to secure your child’s spot at TCMS.  If these documents are not returned by the specified date (3 weeks prior to the first day of classes), then it is assumed that your student will not be attending TCMS and we will contact a student on the waiting list.

The 2009-2010 Student Handbook will be sent home with each student on the first day of school.   Please complete the handbook agreement after you and your child have read it.

 

*Parent Information Sheet is used to collect data to create databases used by the administration of the school.

 

*SERVE application is not required UNLESS you are planning to be on campus to volunteer, or chaperone any off campus field trips.  If you do not complete one and plan on volunteering, you will be contacted by a staff or faculty member.  No one may volunteer on campus until the background check has been completed.  PLEASE DOWNLOAD THIS DOCUMENT, COMPLETE AND SIGN AND EITHER MAIL TO OR DROP OFF AT TCMS
