Those Attending: Nancy Hutson, Gil Schisler, Lew Kirk, Gary Hocevar, and Lind Shivers
Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM
A discussion of teacher’s salaries. Possibly look at making an adjustment later in the year. Gary Hocevar also gave an update on the 2 ml, more information to come.
Gil Schisler reviewed treasurer responsibilities including year end time table of reporting, tax return, YE audit, monthly reporting & analysis, and quarterly reporting to district. Treasurer’s summary to continue on the same format. Gil Schisler will continue to do the tax returns.
Gil Schisler will present some policy changes to the Board at the Board meeting as recommended by Bond issuer.
Text book expenses for 2006-2006 were greater than anticipated due to additional books purchased for 6th grade students to keep at home and in the classroom. Funding in budget for consumables to be considered to off set.
